Difference between Hair Color Expert with the conventional salon.

1. The first thing when I stepped in, they would definitely quote the price to me before everything start. ( so I don't get over budget HEH ) Where I don't see any other does this. Probably I haven't encounter any yet but so far none.

2. They don't Cut, Perm, neither just wash to style my hair.
